目的：分析T 盒转录因子3/5（TBX3/TBX5）基因5 个位点（rs2242442、rs1061651、rs8853、rs11067101、 rs6489956）多态性与指长比（2D∶4D）间的关联性。方法：采用体质测量法和多重PCR检测法，分析799 名宁 夏汉族大学生双手2D∶4D及TBX3和TBX5基因位点多态性的分布特征及其间的关系。结果：宁夏大学生女性 左手和右手2D∶4D均显著高于男性；TBX3和TBX5基因5 个位点基因型、等位基因频率在不同性别间的差异均 无统计学意义；不论男性还是女性，5 个SNPs 位点多态性与2D∶4D均无显著关联。结论：宁夏汉族大学生群体 2D∶4D存在显著性别差异，尚未发现TBX3和TBX5基因位点多态性与2D∶4D的形成有关。

Objective ： To analyze the association between polymorphisms in five loci （rs2242442， rs1061651， rs8853， rs11067101， rs6489956） of T-box transcription factor 3/5 （TBX3/TBX5） genes and digit ratio （2D∶4D）. Methods ： Physical anthropometry method and multiplex PCR assays were used to analyze the distribution characteristics of both hands 2D∶4D and TBX3， TBX5 genes polymorphisms loci and the relationships between them in 799 Ningxia Han Chinese college students， respectively. Results ： The left hand and right hand 2D∶4D were significantly higher in Ningxia Chinese college women than in men. The differences in genotypes and allele frequencies of the five loci of TBX3 and TBX5 genes were not significant between the sexes. The polymorphisms of the five SNPs loci were not significantly associated with 2D∶4D in either men or women. Conclusion ： There are significant gender differences in 2D∶4D in the Ningxia Han Chinese college students， and polymorphisms in the TBX3 and TBX5 loci have not been found to be associated with the formation of 2D∶4D.
