Abstract：Chronic wound does not heal. Exogenous electrical stimulation provides current to promote chronic
wound healing. The unique advantages of charge regulating wound and promoting its healing have a good prospect，
and has become one of the research hotspots of histological researchers and clinicians. This paper briefly introduces
the morphological and electrophysiological characteristics of some common chronic wounds. It mainly discusses the
morphological changes， possible mechanisms， and influencing factors of charge to regulate wound healing.
